Add Twitter search following (hash searches)

Follow a Twitter search. There are a few Twitter hash searches I like to follow (#cubs and #okcthunder). Some of the other clients I have used have allowed you to add a column that would refresh the search results. This allows me to stay updated on topics even from users I am not following.
