Cannot add services. Window does not appear to log into.
Cannot sign up to some services. Facebook, Flickr, and Friendfeed work. Aim, Google Talk, Windows Life messenger, and Yahoo! messenger give the error, "Operation failed, check your internet connexion." Myspace, and Twitter, fail with no error message (says to log in via the browser but never opens the window). Inappropriate? Thanks for submitting this. I've never seen this error before unless you are disconnected from the Internet. Do any services work within Yoono? Please try as many as possible and let me know.
Any other Internet related issues you're experiencing?
I’m thankful

backtracking on my computer's connection problems I discover a common denominator: HSI Comcast.c -
Inappropriate?Facebook, flickr, and friendfeed would produce the login window. I only have a facebook account, and I can verify that facebook works.

May I suggest reinstalling Yoono and installing via Yoono.com which will give you the latest version of our sidebar (6.0.1). Unfortunately, this is not a common error and updating to the latest version will help us diagnose the problem better. -
Didn't work. I have noticed that firefox seems to be having other issues. I tried systematically removing other plugins to see if this resolved anything. It did not. Will try reinstalling firefox, maybe upgrading to 3.5. -
Inappropriate?Twitter does not open a new window to login. Facebook, MSN, Gtalk works fine,
I’m frustrated
-
Rajib, I'd like to also ask that you update to Yoono 6.0.1 from Yoono.com Confirm you're running the latest version and try again. Are you using this within Firefox or Internet Explorer? -
Inappropriate?Same here. MySpace and Twitter both stopped working at the same time so i reamoved and tried to re-add them. When i try to add either, the browser doesn't re-direct to MySpace automatically. Same for Twitter. I have removed the app from MySpace website and re-added it but Yoono still wont connect to it!! I have the latest version 6.0.1 The error reads; "Your MySpace session has expired. To try to reconnect now, click Retry"

Inappropriate?Samuel - can you give us a bit more information about the problem you are seeing so we can help you out?

Inappropriate?I have the same exact problem. Please fix this! I am very anxious to use Yoono, but bummed out that I can't sign into Yahoo, WLM, AIM or Twitter!
I’m frustrated

this solves the problem

Tatbrat, is the issue still occurring? -
Inappropriate?Every time that I try to connect to Myspace or Twitter it says that the server is not responding. Please try again later.
I would love to use this bar since it makes it very practical.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO
I have read other posts and have done what they say but I still can'y get it to connect.
Facebook connected perfectly, so I know that it works.
Also, I tried logging into my hotmail account and that doesn't work either.
I have tried it two different ways, oth adding @hotmail.com and not adding it.
Please, I would really want to use your applicatioon.
I'm running both on Linux [slax] and also on Windows Vista

Firefox 3.6 and windows xp... newest yoono on the add-on list -
Inappropriate?I have the same problem. Looks like MySpace has changed something.
We'll investigate this right now, and let you know.
Thanks for your report & patience! -
Can I help? Can you specifically say what issue you're having. -
Inappropriate?I just installed the Yoono add-on for Firefox. I'm running Firefox 3.6. I'm honestly not sure what version of the add-on I am running, and I cannot find an area to see it through the toolbar. I'm running this all on Windows XP SP 3. I will be trying it from home this evening on my Windows Vista machine.
Firstly, I can create a Yoono account, but I cannot sign into it through the add-on.
Secondly, I cannot link any of my services to Yoono. I go through the process for each service I subscribe to and I make it thought those fine with the service saying I am connected to Yoono. In the toolbar it tries to connect, but it fails after several minutes with a message saying, "The service (Insert service name here) is not responding. Please try again later."
I’m disappointed.

Hi Jacob -
Thanks for checking us out and sorry you're having problems. Can you check version number for us - just go to Tools>Add-ons in Firefox to see it. Let us know and we'll try to make sure you can get connected. -
I'm running Yoono version 7.1.5. -
Hello Jacob,
I'm studying this issue right now. It would help a lot if you could provide more debug information, following the steps explained here :
http://support.yoono.com/yoono/topics...
a) run debug version of Yoono
b) try to connect to several services (so that you observe the problem)
c) follow the instructions to send us your log file
Thanks! -
Jacob, one more question : Do you have the "IE Tabs" add-on installed? If so, can you disable it, and try again to set up Twitter ? Thanks -
First, I have sent in the log file. I attempted to access Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn while the log tool was running. I am able to access Live Messenger fine. I didn't even attempt it yesterday as I ran out of play time.
Second, I used to have IE Tabs, but when I upgraded to the newest version of Firefox I did not reinstall it. I just double checked, and the add-on is not on my system.
