Facebook is almost always down. If I ht 'retry' it will log back in temporarily.

It may be an idea to remove and re-add Facebook from Yoono. You can do this from the "Add Social Networks" section of Yoono.
Additionally, Facebook has an "apps" management area and I'd suggest removing Yoono from that as well and logging out of Facebook. Restart FireFox and re-add Facebook back into Yoono.
This usually resolves any of these problems.

Inappropriate?I constantly get the following error message when trying access facebook via yoono -" sorry, facebook appears to be down. we will automatically reconnect you when it is back up. to try to update now, click retry." However, facebook is not down and I am able to access it on several computers. I have not problems with myspace or twitter. The program seemed to work fine two days ago, and all of sudden stopped updating anything for facebook. I have uninstalled and reinstalled yoono several times and still had no look. Also, I have removed and added permissions in facebook. I noticed that one of the frequently asked questions section that someone having a similar problem and even tried those suggestions and still no luck. Any ideas on what is going on. I really like the program and used it frequently but know it is not working correctly and I ready to remove it permanently. Please help as I don't know what else to do. Thanks, Chester

I agree with you. Have had the same problem ever since I have installed it. Im also ready to get rid of it if they dont find a solution to the problem. Whats the sense of having a App. if it NEVER works -

Inappropriate?I'm new to Yoono, have searched all other topics and web, but I still cannot find the answer. Yoono will not connect to Facebook, no matter what I do. Reinstalling plugin will not help. Deleting app from FB a adding it again will not help. Logging out from FB, deletion of all FB related cookies and even forcingly manually closing all TCP/IP connections will not help. Still getting "The server is not responding..." message. I'm sure my intertnet connection works fine. I do not use any proxy, etc. IMHO there's problem on the side of FB or Yoono. Any suggestions will be appreciated. TNX.

Inappropriate?It never works. I wish the employees could acknowledge the bug instead of being forced to provide the re-install yoono "answer" that is clearly not a solution.

Hi Drew. We have a new tool that users can use to provide us feedback. Only a small percentage of users experience this problem there are over a dozen points of failure between you and Facebook. We try our best but honestly, there are so many ways that this can fail that we are squashing it one by one to the best of our ability.
I'd like to add that removing and reinstalling is ONE of the ways we can resolve the issue but MOST TIMES it doesn't resolve the issue and we're forced to resort to other means to resolve the problem.
