Why do no 3rd party social apps support FB lists? I don't want to see all of these updates, just the ones on a specific list.

Hi Keith. This is because that feature isn't a part of Facebook's API that lets developers interface with it. This is just like Facebook Chat. We can't develop it into our application until FB creates a system for doing it.

We'd love to support more FB features as they become available.

Well, I understand that. Just an FYI, I removed Yoono, and I really won't use an application of this sort until that is available (I have 300+ friends, but only want to see updates from about 20 most of the time.) :)
