Facebook Not Updating or Showing Status Updates
This problem started today... My Facebook feed on Yoono only shows tagged photos. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Yoono, removing/adding Facebook, resetting the application permissions through Facebook, registering for a Yoono account everything I can find on GetSatisfaction. No luck. It appears that I can update my status via Yoono. I just can't see my friends' status updates or any of their activities. Now I've tried the debugger. Please help!!!!

Thank you so much for contacting us. I've never seen a Facebook feed that only shows tagged photos. Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing?
I have a couple of additional steps that we could try but a visual confirmation of what's happening would be helpful!

Inappropriate?Ah, I see Tiffany. That is actually how it is designed, let me explain:
- If you are at the TOP of your updates list (no updates below it, can only scroll downward), you should see updates automatically appear at the top when they come in
- If you are anywhere else besides the top, we show the refresh banner at the top, similar to how Facebook itself works, mainly because if we automatically updated then everything would scroll and you'd lose your place in your stream.
Does that clear things up? Again, if you're sitting at the top of your updates list you should see the updates automatically appear - if that is not happening, it may be a bug. Let us know and thanks for using Yoono! -
Inappropriate?Yes, I know how Yoono works. I've been using it for nearly 6+ months (likely longer). Since I've been using Yoono daily for quite a while (and work for a software company myself), I'm fairly adept at noticing odd quirks.
To be sure, I just nagivated to the top of my updates list and waited. Sure enough, I got the refresh banner. It also happens when I have the Yoono sidebar minimized. If I maximize to see my new updates, the refresh banner is displayed.

Inappropriate?Gotcha, thanks Tiffany. We had a bug awhile ago where this would happen if you took some specific actions in Yoono though typically restarting would solve the issue. We fixed that specific bug but maybe there is another case that can get you into this state. Does restarting Firefox not fix the issue? We will take a look at it and see if we can reproduce the problem so we can fix it. Appreciate your feedback!
