July 2nd: Power outage causing issues for some users
Our hosting provider has experienced a severe power outage and it is affecting some Yoono users. You may be unable to connect to Yoono at all or unable to connect correctly to your IM services. We are working with our hosting provider to resolve this issue ASAP and will keep you updated.

Inappropriate?UPDATE: Everything should be working normally now for users experiencing the issue last not with errors connecting.
There is one small issue that remains and that involves access to stored bookmarks for older accounts. New users and those that do not sync / share bookmarks with Yoono will not be affected.

Inappropriate?I am still having trouble connecting onto AIM. I keep getting the message "Unable to connect to AIM. Sending rate exceeded." I have been experiencing this since last week. Can anyone help?

Inappropriate?this is so rediculous - i've been praising this site and one click takes you away from your firefox sidebar so i can't sse my icons like facebook-myspace-yahoo-aim - etc - very very disappointing

Inappropriate?Todd, I have done everything I could find in every post I know is out there on this problem w/Facebook not updating in the Yoono sidebar. The only thing I didn't do was copy and paste the log info & send it. I was having trouble w/my mouse so got frustrated and quit. The update issue continues & I am very frustrated as my main reason for wanting something like Yoono is mostly for Facebook. I'm trying one more thing (just grabbing at straws here). I am uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling. I have no idea why that would make a diff but it's the only thing I haven't tried.

Hi Linda. I understand your frustration and I'd feel the same way if I was you. There was just a new help file that was posted that is specifically for users with connection issues.
