Hi,
We had planned to make an Android release, but unfortunately we don't have the resources to work on this for now :(-
Alvar van Rijn July 15, 2011 04:57I'm guessing €5 won't do... Let me know when you open donations (crowd sourcing like?)EditDeleteRemove

There is an app for ping.fm that is good for posting, but not for reading posts. I can't remember what its called and my phone is downstairs.

I am using Yoono on my firefox browser and loving it so far... I am looking forward for the android's version... it's kinda annoying when everyday I open up my browser, it give me all the notification that I've already seen on my mobile from other apps.. I am hoping to have the android version and then sync it :)

I also love Yoono on my desktop. I've been using it for a long time now. I had an iphone for a while and loved it there too. I now have and Android phone and love it. I hope you find the time and resources to work on an Android version. I will be happy to beta test.

Yoono is awesome, but what about Android? It is now the number 1 mobile OS. What resources don't you have? Staff is the only resource you need that isn't free. Hope you guys can get to this soon. Thanks for the great product.

Yes, staff is the exact resource we don't have, and can't hire...

Hey guys, I know you have stated that you don't have the resources, but it seems to me that you have a very high demand for this app to be on Android and you might be missing out on a major source of income by not trying to find a way to make this app available. Just sayin. Perhaps a discussion with a bank is in order. I know I would pay at least $1.99 for this app for my Android phone and I bet all the other millions of 'Droid users out there would too. Would it not be worth the effort to get a loan to hire the resource you need to make this possible? Just a thought from a desperate Yoono user with an Android phone. ;) I hope you can find a way to bring Yoono to the Android Market soon.

Reivax, does your team have an estimate of how much funding it would take to develop Yoono for Android? If so, you could add the project to Kickstarter.com.
Then, if you got enough funding you could do it - otherwise, people would have an obvious reason why it isn't happening.
That is, of course, if funding is your only reason not to do it. -

We need to work on things that will eventually generate some recurrent income for the company to keep going, which is not what an android version could do for now.

Hi, sorry I'm not sure I understand your question ? As far as I know, Yoono can't be used on Android :-(
