Yoono Desktop installation problem.
I can't install Yoono desktop on Windows 7 64 bit. It keeps telling me to close Yoono Desktop. I tried closing Firefox and Prism and it still tells me to close Yoono Desktop. How can I close it if its not installed? Please help.

Inappropriate?Good morning. Yes this could potentially be an issue.
Our Yoono Desktop app is only compiled for 32 bit operating systems at this time. It's still in beta but we will be supporting all client Windows OSes very soon.
Sorry that you had some issues and we hope to get this fixed up soon.
